We assist with medical bills for diagnosis and treatment of cancer, crisis health and dental needs, and mental health concerns. We fund living expenses including rent/mortgage, utilities, auto loans, and insurance.

How do I apply for assistance?

How long does the application process take?

What is the grant application process?

Applications for mental and cognitive health, as well as crisis health and dental, are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. The process includes submitting a proposal, budget, and organizational information. Our grants committee reviews all applications and makes decisions within 4-8 weeks.

What size grants do you award?

Community grant awards typically range from $2,500 to $20,000, depending on the project scope, organizational capacity, and available funding.

Can we apply for multi-year funding?

We consider multi-year grants on a case-by-case basis for programs with demonstrated impact and sustainability plans. Most grants are awarded annually.
