Our community grants are designed to support 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and public agencies that align with our mission to bridge gaps in health and wellness. We look for partners who are deeply embedded in the community and capable of driving measurable impact in areas like these.

We support local organizations advancing veterans’ health and wellness through care, connection, stability, and community.

Working together to improve patient outcomes for out-of-hospital cardiac arrests.

Our 3-year targets for community safety:
- 213 AEDs placed or replaced
- 3,000 community members trained
- Expanded hemorrhage control program

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We support 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, schools, and community groups in Larimer and Weld Counties that align with our mission of health and community wellness.
Applications for mental and cognitive health, as well as crisis health and dental, are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. The process includes submitting a proposal, budget, and organizational information. Our grants committee reviews all applications and makes decisions within 4-8 weeks.
Community grant awards typically range from $2,500 to $20,000, depending on the project scope, organizational capacity, and available funding.
We consider multi-year grants on a case-by-case basis for programs with demonstrated impact and sustainability plans. Most grants are awarded annually.
