Frequently Asked Questions

It varies by role! Event volunteers may only serve for a few hours once or twice a year, while Office Support and Ambassador roles can be a weekly or monthly commitment. We work with your schedule.

Yes. For the safety and well-being of the individuals and families we serve, BridgeWell requires a background check for all volunteers. Our team will guide you through the simple and confidential process.

Absolutely! We love hosting corporate teams, church groups, and student organizations for special projects or event support. Please contact us to coordinate.

Volunteers must be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 will need a parent or guardian's consent. Some roles involving alcohol service (at galas) are restricted to 21+. Volunteers under 16 are welcome to serve alongside a parent or guardian. Please contact us to discuss available opportunities.
